1. What data we collect

When you apply to the HR Claude Cowork Bootcamp, we collect:

• Name (first and last name)
• Email address (work email)

If you complete the full application, we may also collect:

• Company / organization name
• Job title
• Your current Claude usage status
• Payment preference (personal or company)
• A short motivation text

2. Why we collect it

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To process your bootcamp application — reviewing, accepting, and onboarding you into the cohort (legal basis: contract performance)
• To send you information about future courses, workshops, and offers from ProRio AI AB (legal basis: your consent, given via the checkbox at sign-up)
• To improve our services — understanding who our participants are and what they need (legal basis: legitimate interest)

3. We never sell your data

Your personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Period.

4. Who has access to your data

Your data is only accessed by:

• ProRio AI AB (Johannes Sundlo) — for application review and communication
• Resend (email delivery service) — to send transactional and marketing emails on our behalf
• Stripe (payment processor) — if you proceed to payment
• Railway (hosting provider) — where the application data is stored

All third-party services are GDPR-compliant and act as data processors under our instructions.

5. How long we keep your data

• Applicants (not accepted): 12 months, then deleted
• Participants: For the duration of your access to course materials, plus 24 months
• Marketing contacts: Until you unsubscribe
• Payment records: As required by Swedish accounting law (7 years)

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent — opt out of marketing at any time
• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Complain — file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se

7. Marketing communications

If you consent to marketing at sign-up, we may send you:

• Information about future bootcamp cohorts and courses
• AI + HR insights, tips, and resources
• Special offers and early access to new products

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we will stop within 48 hours.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with the site. GA4 uses first-party cookies. No advertising cookies are used. You can opt out by using a browser extension or disabling JavaScript.

9. Security

We protect your data with:

• HTTPS encryption on all pages
• Password-protected admin access
• Rate limiting on form submissions
• Content Security Policy headers
• No public access to stored application data

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. Significant changes will be communicated via email to existing contacts.
