These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the HR Claude Cowork Bootcamp (the "Bootcamp"), offered by ProRio AI AB ("we", "us", "our"). By completing payment and joining the Bootcamp, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Bootcamp is

The HR Claude Cowork Bootcamp is a live, cohort-based program for HR professionals who want to build practical skills using Claude AI. Sessions are held online on pre-communicated dates and times.

2. Live cohort format

If you receive an introductory or discounted price, that price applies only to the cohort and offer stated in your acceptance email. By accepting your spot and completing payment, you acknowledge and accept the live cohort format described above.

3. Session dates and times

By joining the Bootcamp, you confirm that you:

• Have reviewed and agree to the session dates communicated to you upon acceptance
• Are available and intend to attend on those dates
• Accept that sessions will be held at the times specified in the acceptance communication

Sessions may be recorded. If you miss a session, a recording will be made available where technically possible, but live attendance is strongly encouraged and is part of the cohort experience.

4. Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of the Bootcamp. Our refund policy is:

• Full refund — if you are not satisfied after the first session, contact us within 48 hours of that session and we will refund your full payment, no questions asked.
• 90% refund — if you wish to withdraw after any subsequent session (sessions 2 and beyond), you are entitled to a 90% refund of the amount paid, provided you contact us within 48 hours of the session after which you wish to withdraw.
• No refund — after the refund window for any given session has closed, no refund is issued for that session period.

To request a refund, email johannes@sundlo.com with the subject line "Refund request" and your full name.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Payment

Payment is processed via Stripe. If your company requires manual invoicing before payment, submit the invoice request form and we will handle the invoice separately. The price is the amount stated in your registration or personal acceptance email. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your country of residence.

Your spot in the cohort is confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.

6. Intellectual property

All materials shared during the Bootcamp — including session recordings, templates, prompts, and frameworks — are the intellectual property of ProRio AI AB. You may use them for your own professional work, but may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or publish materials publicly
• Share recordings or materials with people outside the cohort
• Use materials to create a competing product or course

7. Code of conduct

The Bootcamp is a professional environment. Participants are expected to:

• Treat fellow participants and the facilitator with respect
• Keep discussions and sharing within the cohort confidential where appropriate
• Engage constructively and in good faith

We reserve the right to remove any participant who acts in a disruptive or disrespectful manner, without refund.

8. Limitation of liability

The Bootcamp is educational in nature. ProRio AI AB makes no guarantees about specific outcomes, results, or business impact from participation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Bootcamp.

9. Changes to the program

We reserve the right to adjust session content, format, and schedule where necessary. In the event of a significant change to dates or structure, we will notify all participants by email with as much notice as possible. If a session is cancelled by us and cannot be rescheduled, a proportional refund will be issued.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts, with Stockholm as the place of jurisdiction.
